一、家具綜合質(zhì)量試驗(yàn)機(jī)HD-406簡(jiǎn)介：

適合類型：所有底座配備萬(wàn)向輪的椅子。  

測(cè)試性質(zhì)：評(píng)估辦公椅腳輪在負(fù)載狀態(tài)下移動(dòng)的耐久能力。分有障礙和無(wú)障礙兩種測(cè)試方式。  

測(cè)試對(duì)象：椅子的基底（例如：五星腳）和萬(wàn)向輪的組合體。

二、測(cè)試程序：

將椅子基底和萬(wàn)向輪的組合在225磅砝碼負(fù)載狀態(tài)下,由外力驅(qū)使其以8-12CPM的速度使腳輪在762毫米的行程內(nèi)通過(guò)有障礙2000次及無(wú)障礙98000次的平面往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),測(cè)試腳輪的耐久能力。多種儀器監(jiān)控測(cè)試。

辦公桌測(cè)試機(jī)常見測(cè)試項(xiàng)目：桌子的穩(wěn)定性和桌面沖擊測(cè)試。      

1、垂直負(fù)載下的穩(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)：

Stability test of the vertical load

把試件放在試驗(yàn)基面上。在其不穩(wěn)定桌邊中心離邊沿向內(nèi)50mm桌面處通過(guò)載入墊垂直向下逐漸加力到規(guī)定的力值或者至少試件至少有一個(gè)桌腳離地為止。

2.垂直和水平載入穩(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)：

把試件放在試驗(yàn)基面上。用擋塊擋住試件不穩(wěn)定邊的桌腳。防止試件在試驗(yàn)中移動(dòng)。在該邊中心離邊沿向內(nèi)50mm桌面處通過(guò)載入墊垂直向下施加100N的力。同時(shí)在該邊中心桌上向外施加一個(gè)水平力。逐漸增加該力到規(guī)定值或者至少有一個(gè)桌腳離地為止。

Put the specimen on the test-based surface. With the block blocking the most unstable side of the specimen legs to prevent the test specimen to move. 3.垂直靜載荷試驗(yàn)：

在桌面易于發(fā)生破壞的位置，按規(guī)定的力通過(guò)載入墊，垂直向下重復(fù)施加10次。每次至少應(yīng)保持10秒。
